Design and evolve the end-to-end consumption governance and control framework, including the financial and operational controls required to protect the integrity of consumption from business intent through usage, pricing, invoicing, and correction. Establish an integrated view of financial flow, control health, and lifecycle risk, connecting customer, financial, process, incident, and operational signals to identify where consumption or revenue could be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or otherwise at risk.

Design and evolve the end-to-end consumption governance and control framework, including the financial and operational controls required to protect the integrity of consumption from business intent through usage, pricing, invoicing, and correction. Establish an integrated view of financial flow, control health, and lifecycle risk, connecting customer, financial, process, incident, and operational signals to identify where consumption or revenue could be incorrect, incomplete, delayed, or otherwise at risk. Identify systemic risks, process gaps, control weaknesses, and recurring patterns, and mobilize the appropriate business and technical owners to address them. Establish clear ownership, decision rights, risk prioritization, action tracking, and escalation across organizational boundaries while maintaining accountability with the appropriate domain owners. Partner with finance, engineering, commerce, business planning, and operational owners to identify gaps in preventative and detective financial controls, establish clear control ownership, and verify that controls and corrective actions are operating effectively.
