Develop integrated business and go-to-market strategies that connect portfolio priorities to customer needs, adoption opportunities, and revenue growth. Partner with product, engineering, business planning, and finance teams to influence roadmap, investment, packaging, monetization, and launch decisions. Align marketing, sales, partner, customer experience, and field teams around a clear strategy, shared priorities, and coordinated execution plans. Lead go-to-market planning for priority initiatives, ensuring that audience, scenario, channel, content, enablement, and execution plans support measurable business outcomes. Use customer research, analyst perspectives, competitive intelligence, and field feedback to shape strategy, guide executive decisions, and identify necessary course corrections. Establish operating rhythms and shared roadmaps that create transparency, accelerate cross-functional decisions, and hold teams accountable for delivering growth priorities.
