Enablement Tools & Content Design and maintain the playbooks, toolkits, and self-service resources that let teams plan and run their own campaigns, events, and volunteer experiences. Integrate AI and other productivity tools into how content and resources are created, personalized, and delivered, so enablement scales without scaling the team. Develop storytelling tools and guidance, in partnership with cross-functional teams, that help employees and nonprofit partners share their impact authentically and on brand and gather feedback to continuously improve the resources they rely on. Lead the team's Viva Engage community, keeping employees informed, inspired, and connected to ways to give and volunteer between campaign moments. Build and manage the integrated campaign and activation calendar for campus, Washington State, and global moments, so campaigns, events, and communications reinforce one another. Support employee champion networks with the training, resources, and communications they need to activate locally year-round.
