Platform & Program Enablement Continuously optimize the platform, integrate it across the business, and evaluate new technology, including AI, to improve the experience for employees and nonprofit partners. Deliver the reporting behind campaign and executive updates, and partner across the team to turn data and employee insights into recommendations that improve engagement and future campaign design. Design the program requirements, frameworks, and decision trees for recurring work, such as eligibility, approvals, escalations, and employee giving campaign protocols, and make them repeatable. Support signature fundraising events and employee-created events with the platform setup, campaign pages, and reporting they need to succeed.
