Drive execution of strategic PLx initiatives from planning through delivery. Improve operational efficiency through process definition, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts spanning engineering, operations, security, compliance, finance, and business teams. Support executive and customer engagements by developing briefing materials, tracking commitments, and driving follow-through on actions. Develop and maintain business rhythms, operational reviews, status reporting, and leadership communications. Identify trends across customer engagements and operational data to inform investment decisions, roadmap priorities, and service improvements.
