Lead end-to-end schedule coordination for the assigned portfolio, including IMS governance, schedule updates, forecast reviews, variance commentary, and cross-functional alignment. Own schedule governance across projects by ensuring baseline schedules, GC schedules, resource loading, and schedule logic comply with program guidance, requirements, and planning standards. Review, challenge, and approve GC baseline schedule evaluations and key schedule revisions on behalf of Planning, including baseline quality, sequencing, logic, float consumption, and milestone alignment. Lead delay impact analysis governance by ensuring TIAs are reviewed with planners prior to external stakeholder feedback; comments are aligned within internal team and mitigation recommendations are clear and defensible.
