What they're looking for
- Active CPA and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, including 5+ years leading a team
- Deep, hands-on experience with month-end close, financial consolidation, and GAAP compliance in a multi-entity organization
- Direct experience leading external financial statement audits end to end, including PBC management
- Working knowledge of the COSO framework and PCAOB standards related to ICFR, with experience designing and testing internal controls
- Proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable enterprise ERP, plus advanced Excel

We’re looking for a Director, Accounting to own day-to-day accounting and treasury operations, reporting to the Controller.
