What they're looking for
- 7+ years of corporate and transactional experience, ideally including time in a large corporate legal department or law firm
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
- Experience with corporate transactions, due diligence, and compliance
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships, including law firm billing
- Exemplary communication, research, and organizational skills

We're looking for a Paralegal to own Mission Lane's day-to-day corporate legal work, from investor due diligence and audit requests to governance, filings and managing outside counsel relationships This is a a newly created role reporting to the Deputy General Counsel, Corporate.
