About the role
The Associate Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst supports the company's financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role partners with corporate functional leaders to analyze financial performance, develop budgets and forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights that drive business results. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
What they're looking for
- • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- • 1+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or related analytical roles is preferred
- • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas
- • Experience with financial planning systems such as Oracle or Hyperion is preferred
- • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and financial presentation development
