About the role
Mobility is seeking a highly capable, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support members of the in-house Corporate Legal, Risk & Compliance Team. This is a high-visibility role within a dynamic, fast-paced, evolving organization.

- Significant experience supporting senior leaders at the SVP, VP, or equivalent executive level within a complex organization
- Ability to work autonomously, to prioritize and multi-task on competing projects and to execute and complete deliverables in a timely manner with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational acumen and exceptional communication skills
- High technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom)
- Demonstrated ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion
