About the role
Provide comprehensive executive support to members of the senior leadership team, managing complex, high-volume calendars and prioritizing across multiple time zones and stakeholders. Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel arrangements, including visa processing, detailed itineraries, and timely expense reconciliation.
What they're looking for
- Extensive experience supporting senior executives (C-Suite or equivalent) in a publicly traded global organization
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent senior leadership internally and externally with professionalism and clarity
- Strong command of virtual collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet
- Highly technically savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and master new applications, tools, and systems
- Proven track record of handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality
- 10+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Assistant, including 5+ years supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership
