- Experience in Product Design, UX Design, Product Experience, or a related role supporting digital products
- Strong understanding of user experience principles and interaction design for web-based applications
- Experience designing data-heavy, analytics, reporting, or dashboard-based products
- Ability to interpret user feedback, usage analytics, and support data to identify usability improvements
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and customer-facing teams
- Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices
