About the role
The Engagement Marketing Strategist is a strategic marketing partner to our Client Management organization and a key member of the Member Engagement Marketing team. This role will support Client Managers in driving Modern Health awareness, registration, and meaningful member engagement within client populations. What they're looking for
- 5–8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, member engagement, client strategy, integrated marketing, or a related field
- Experience developing communication or engagement strategies for multiple audiences, customers, clients, or market segments
- Experience planning and executing multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns and understanding how audience, message, timing, and channel work together
- Strong strategic consulting skills, with the ability to understand a business need, identify the underlying opportunity, and recommend a focused path forward
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make complex ideas clear and persuasive for both internal and external audiences
- Comfort using data and performance insights to make recommendations, prioritize opportunities, and improve campaign effectiveness
