About the role
The role of Senior Leadership Development Manager has a critical role to play in the next phase of MongoDB's growth. You will help identify critical skills of the future, design innovative learning experiences and ensure that our People Managers, with special attention to our director-population, are continuously developing the capabilities they need to succeed in a fast-changing environment.

- 10+ years of professional experience with 5+ years of experience designing, delivering, and managing leadership development programs, balancing best practices with practicality
- Strong track record of delivering strategic and tactical solutions in fast-paced, high-change environments, preferably in SaaS
- Proven ability to design and scale development experiences for directors, senior directors, executives, and other experienced leaders
- Adept at conducting needs assessments and analyzing data to identify development priorities, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement
- Excellence in learner experience, instructional, and program design across live, virtual, hybrid, on-demand, self-paced, peer-learning, and applied-practice formats
- Expert facilitation skills and deep subject matter expertise deep in leadership development and core leadership and management capabilities
