- 10+ years in banking, lending, or financial services, including senior leadership experience as a CTO, CIO, COO, Head of Innovation, Head of Servicing, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience across loan origination, servicing, collections, or contact center operations
- Experience evaluating or implementing IVR, contact center, or customer communication technology
- Deep understanding of how financial institutions evaluate and adopt new technology
- Previous experience advising startups or technology companies
