You will own our enterprise product: the roadmap for what large customers need, and the control plane that makes it possible. These are the capabilities that decide whether a large customer can adopt us, trust us, and expand with us.
What they're looking for
- Background as a forward-deployed engineer, solutions engineer, or solutions architect before moving into product
- Experience in search, information retrieval, or NLP
- Experience in API-first businesses running both self-serve and enterprise motions
- Experience building for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare
