About the role
We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our growing Studio Operations and Services team. This position will be based in Brooklyn, New York. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day production support needs of Netflix Studios Brooklyn. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Studio Operations and Services (NSB).

- Minimum of 5 years in entertainment-specific campus operations
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, especially under pressure
- Excellent at multitasking and meeting tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to drive projects forward independently
