What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of experience building and operating highly available, distributed backend systems in production environments
- Strong experience designing and developing large-scale backend services using Golang
- Experience deploying and scaling services within cloud infrastructure
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, detail-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to express complex technical ideas clearly. The ability to treat others with kindness even in tense situations is very important and valued
