What they're looking for
- Manage all aspects of an advertiser’s platform buy, from customer onboarding to campaign execution
- Build and manage strong partnerships with brand and agency partners, own day-to-day communication to ensure campaign success
- Provide excellent customer service by proactively monitoring campaign delivery and performance, and solving campaign-related issues in a timely manner
- Own data-driven upsell and renewal conversations to retain and grow advertising partnerships
- Leverage internal tools and dashboards to analyze and optimize performance
- Be a platform expert, cultivate a strategic approach to product adoption through deep knowledge of your customer's business challenges and our platform’s solutions
