What they're looking for
- 6+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software environments
- Strong, current portfolio demonstrating exceptional product thinking, interaction design, visual design, accessibility, systems thinking, and measurable customer impact
- Proven experience leading complex product initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve ambiguous problems independently, challenge assumptions, and influence product direction rather than simply executing requirements
- Experience designing production-ready experiences across desktop, mobile, and responsive environments
- Experience building, maintaining, and evolving scalable design systems, reusable components, and component libraries
