- Conduct regular competitive analysis of key players in the Public Safety and Security market (e.g., Motorola Solutions, Axon, Mark43) to identify feature gaps and market opportunities
- Perform "gap analysis" on competitor documentation and public APIs to inform our technical roadmap
- AI Trend Monitoring:
- Stay at the forefront of AI breakthroughs, specifically monitoring advancements in Generative AI for casework , computer vision for weapon detection , and Drone as First Responder (DFR) programs

Overview
We are seeking a mission-driven AI Product Manager to help build ethical, high-impact AI solutions for the Public Safety and Justice sector. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex machine learning capabilities and the real-world needs of first responders, 911 center personnel, legal professionals, and community stakeholders. You will help define products that improve emergency response times, streamline judicial workflows, and ensure AI is deployed responsibly in the public interest.
