What they're looking for
- At least eight (8) years of progressive experience driving business outcomes through the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent or HR programs
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and talent management practices, including leadership development, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce capability
- Demonstrated effectiveness as a trusted consultative partner to senior leaders, with the ability to influence outcomes through data, insights, and well structured recommendations
- Proven ability to independently solve ambiguous and complex problems, and to guide others through structured problem-solving when appropriate
- Strong consultation, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience translating Talent Management concepts into practical, actionable solutions for leaders and HR partners
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to use data and visuals to support decision-making
