We are looking for a seasoned Liferay Lead / Architect with deep hands-on experience in Liferay Portal and Liferay DXP to lead architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in traditional Liferay development models as well as modern, cloud-native, headless, and composable architectures .

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Liferay DXP (7.x / 7.4+)
- Define overall portal architecture , including content, commerce, integration, and personalization
- Drive migration and modernization initiatives (Legacy Liferay → DXP, Monolith → Headless/Microservices)
- Create technical blueprints, HLDs, LLDs, and integration diagrams
- Lead development using:
MVC Portlets (traditional)
- OSGi modules
- Service Builder
- Hooks & Ext plugins (legacy)
- Develop and review:
Custom portlets, themes, and fragments
- Headless APIs using Liferay REST & GraphQL
- Workflow, roles, permissions, and user segmentation
