What they're looking for
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and accrual accounting, applied to produce accurate and well-supported accounting outcomes
- Progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years with hands-on ownership of month-end close processes
- Proficiency with NetSuite and an active, practical approach to using AI and automation to streamline accounting workflows
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including explaining fluctuations and their business drivers
- Ownership, sound judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset: you look for ways to make the work more accurate, scalable, and easier for others to build on
