About the role
As the Head of People Business Partnership, you will report into our VP of Operations & People and build and lead the People Business Partnership function from scratch. You’ll be in charge of doing the 0→1 building for this function: defining responsibilities of the People Business Function and where it fits into the Nourish ecosystem, designing the optimal org structure and roles, hiring and managing a team, setting the strategy and vision, and evolving the function as we scale.
