About the role
The Senior Program Manager, Compliance Reporting will be part of the Commercialization & Evaluation team within Software Operations. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of regulatory reporting programs that support the company’s legal, compliance, and operational obligations. - Own end-to-end program management for regulatory reporting deliverables, from requirements gathering through submission and follow-up
- Manage tight, often externally imposed timelines across multiple regulatory reporting work streams simultaneously
- Partner closely with Public Trust and Legal teams to ensure reporting accurately reflects current legal and compliance obligations
- Collaborate with Software Operations teams to gather data, verify accuracy, and ensure operational readiness for reporting requirements
- Design, implement, and improve operational, documentation, and review processes that support consistent and high-quality reporting
- Review and interpret legal and regulatory documents, translating obligations into clear, actionable program plans
