- + Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, and 3 years of experience in machining engineering, or 7 years of experience in machining engineering

- + Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment

As a Manufacturing Engineer at the Rolls-Royce Power Systems Aiken plant, you will play a critical leadership role in optimizing and executing cost-effective manufacturing processes at both local and global levels.
