- Identify opportunities across business functions where AI can improve productivity, efficiency, decision quality, customer or employee experience, and business outcomes
- Create and maintain a structured inventory of AI opportunities, including business ownership, value hypothesis, users, dependencies, risks, readiness and status
- Develop and apply intake, scoring and prioritisation methods that consider impact, effort, data readiness, governance complexity, adoption complexity and ownership clarity
- Partner with business and technology leaders to shape a sequenced AI opportunity roadmap aligned to strategic priorities and enterprise capabilities
- Design end-to-end AI solution approaches spanning enterprise applications, data sources, integrations, workflows, user experiences and measurable outcomes
- Document architecture decisions, integration requirements, data dependencies, security considerations, ownership, support models and implementation trade-offs
