What they're looking for
- Assist well-defined system configuration changes
- Create and maintain process documentation and step-by-step job aids as new workflows and features are introduced
- Provide day-to-day support for revenue platforms including Gong, Consensus, Cognism, Lusha, and ZoomInfo, following established maintenance procedures
- Flag data quality issues as they are identified, documenting findings and escalating for resolution by senior team members
- Follow established governance policies and standards, reporting any observed compliance gaps to the appropriate team member
- Assist with testing and validation of system changes, following test scripts and documenting results
