- Execute and refine QE strategy, operating practices, governance, and metrics for complex enterprise SaaS and CPM platform delivery
- Help lead the shift from traditional QA to modern quality engineering by embedding quality ownership earlier in the SDLC
- Promote engineering excellence and a customer-centered quality culture across assigned teams and partner organizations
- Collaborate on AI quality engineering enablement through practical adoption, standards, and team-level governance
- Drive automation-first practices including continuous testing, quality gates, performance testing, and quality dashboards
- Advance AI-assisted test generation, intelligent test selection, defect prediction, and quality insights from telemetry
