What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant combination of education and experience
- 5-8 years of experience in program management, governance, and leading change and innovation
- Demonstrated experience independently owning and driving multiple large-scale, complex programs simultaneously
- Skilled at prioritization, dependency management, risk mitigation, and effective execution across multiple workstreams in high-pressure environments
- Demonstrated ability to independently own and lead large, ambiguous, high-stakes programs, exercising sound judgment absent senior program management oversight
- Understanding of value realization and benefits tracking, with the ability to connect program execution to measurable business outcomes
