- This position is hybrid in our Birmingham, MI office
- Must be able to be onsite in various locations as needed for program management
- Non-standard hours (i.e. evenings or weekends) may be required to attend events
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition operations, candidate experience, and recruiting program management
- Ability to design, organize, and execute recurring programs, events, campaigns, and partnerships with clear goals and follow-through
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR partners, business leaders, vendors, and external organizations
