About the role
The Install Engineer is responsible for executing the installation, calibration, and initial commissioning of company products at customer sites. Working under the direction of the Ramp Manager, this role supports ramp activities by ensuring installations are completed efficiently, safely, and in alignment with performance standards. The Install Engineer plays a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, supporting system integration, and ensuring customer satisfaction during deployment.
What they're looking for
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to travel both domestically and internationally, must maintain valid travel documentation
- Up to 50% travel required (adjustable based on business needs)
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field service, installation, or technical support
- BS in electronics, mechanical, or related technical discipline, or equivalent military/technical experience
