About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer 3 (FSE 3) to provide advanced on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for semiconductor metrology and inspection systems. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to operate independently in highly visible customer environments.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, or related technical field
- 5+ years of field service or related experience in semiconductor equipment or similar high-tech industry
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and metrology/inspection tools
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex electromechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and handle escalations or highly complex technical issues
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
