About the role
Onto Innovation is seeking a highly skilled, self-driven Field Service Engineer to support our advanced Metrology and Inspection systems. Based in Tampa, FL or Remote AZ , you will serve as the primary technical contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with customer engagement, supporting cutting-edge measurement and automation technologies that drive semiconductor manufacturing forward.
