About the role
We are looking for a Quality Engineering Program Manager to support our LBU new product releases. NPI factory, Product Teams, key suppliers and Field Service Teams . This role ensures new products transition smoothly from NPI into high‑volume production while maintaining world‑class quality and manufacturing capability.
What they're looking for
- BS Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Optics, Physics, or related fields)
- 5–10 years of experience in high-complexity manufacturing, supplier quality, or NPI engineering
- Experience in semiconductor, high‑precision, or advanced manufacturing environments
- Combined Quality Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering background
- Strong hands-on experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and structured problem-solving
- Experience working with local and regional suppliers, contract manufacturers, or extended factories
