At Opendoor, we’re rebuilding how people buy and sell homes, with more certainty, more choice, and less friction in the most important financial decision of their lives. Opendoor 2.0 is about focus, execution, and delivering real value for homeowners and those striving to become homeowners.
What they're looking for
- Strong negotiation and communication skills — comfortable on the phone, able to explain complex terms simply, and skilled at advocating for your client while preserving relationships
- Proven ability to transact at high volume, stay organized, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- High ownership mindset and comfort working cross-functionally to resolve issues (title, inspections, HOA, lender, internal ops, etc.)
- Willingness and ability to work in-office in Miami or Phoenix four days per week
