About the role
OpenLoop is looking for a Project Manager to join our team remotely or at HQ in Des Moines, IA. As part of our Enterprise PMO, you will lead strategic, highly cross-functional projects across the organization, including enterprise business initiatives and projects supporting our care programs. You'll partner closely with business owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable plans and drive projects from definition through delivery.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or other fast-paced environments preferred
- 3+ years of project management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Proven ability to independently drive projects, manage competing priorities, and deliver results across multiple teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at synthesizing information for technical, non-technical, and executive audiences
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-up, attention to detail, and a strong sense of accountability
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive accountability without direct authority
