About the role
Owning state-level strategy and calibrating Openly's homeowners program for assigned states and new state entries, including UW eligibility, coverage offerings, competitive positioning, and Openly proprietary models Managing the state filing process and DOI relationships and correspondence, ensuring timely regulatory approval
What they're looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in insurance product management or product development roles, with a demonstrated focus on strategy, analytics, or state-level product ownership
- A degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret quantitative analyses and translate findings into strategic narratives for senior business leaders and cross-functional audiences
- Demonstrated ability to identify and define complex business problems and develop relevant analytical frameworks to deliver solutions, often operating in ambiguity and leveraging creativity
- Strong communication, storytelling, and project management skills
- Able to collaborate effectively with people at all levels across the company
