What they're looking for
- Significant professional experience in frontend software development, typically 10+ years, with meaningful time operating at a staff, principal, or similarly senior technical level
- Deep expertise in modern frontend development using React and TypeScript in production SaaS applications
- Strong command of component architecture, design systems, frontend state management, and maintainable UI patterns at scale
- Proven experience shipping performant, accessible, production-grade web experiences and improving frontend quality across a team or platform
- Experience integrating backend APIs and handling asynchronous, real-time, or streaming data in the user interface
- Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction without relying on formal people-management authority
