This role keeps the office of the CEO running smoothly — managing the calendar and inbox, preparing him for meetings, tracking follow-ups, and coordinating travel and day-to-day logistics. This role keeps the office of the CEO running smoothly — managing the calendar and inbox, preparing him for meetings, tracking follow-ups, and coordinating travel and day-to-day logistics. ● Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar: schedule meetings with context, resolve conflicts proactively, and coordinate with internal and external contacts

● Support inbox management: help triage email, draft correspondence, and flag items that need the CEO’s attention

● Prepare a short daily brief covering the day’s schedule, priorities, and outstanding items

● Capture action items from meetings and keep tasks and commitments on track in our project management tools

● Prepare materials and context ahead of meetings, including recurring leadership meetings and interviews

● Welcome office visitors and help with meeting and event logistics
