What they're looking for
- 8+ years in product, including 3+ years leading product teams. You have hired PMs and managed through pod or group leads
- You have taken a technical B2B product from early traction to real scale, ideally in the $5M to $50M ARR range
- You have shipped AI products where accuracy matters and the user is a domain expert, not a consumer
- Fluency with data-heavy products
- You write clearly. Your specs, memos and updates do the work that would otherwise take a meeting
- Real opinions on pricing and packaging, and changes to both that you have actually shipped
