About the role
Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Product Manager, User-ID to own and advance a foundational identity capability within our Strata network security platform. User-ID enables organizations to connect identity context with network activity and security policy, supporting more precise identity-aware security controls across enterprise environments. - Own and drive the User-ID product strategy, roadmap, and feature lifecycle
- Define product requirements for identity-aware security capabilities across user mapping, authentication, identity integrations, and policy enforcement
- Partner with engineering to deliver capabilities related to user-to-IP mapping, Cloud Identity Engine, terminal server environments, workload identity, and related identity services
- Support integrations with identity technologies including Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, SAML, OIDC, and RADIUS
- Gather requirements and feedback from enterprise customers, field teams, customer success, and internal stakeholders
- Translate technical and customer needs into clear product requirements and roadmap priorities
