About the role
We are looking for a Corporate Program Manager to steward the company's most important programs and initiatives and see them through. The leverage here is high. You sit close to the executive team and the functions at once, translating between strategy and execution and bringing inputs from across the company into a cohesive, measurable plan.
What they're looking for
- Experience: 5+ years supporting senior leadership or operations, including at least two startups or high-growth teams in biotech, deep tech, or science-driven environments
- Program Ownership: You have stewarded high-stakes programs and the materials that represent them as the single accountable person for the process
- Distributed Teams: You have run programs across time zones and know how to keep momentum across them
- Narrative Sense: You can tell when a document does not hang together and fix it
- Consolidation Experience: You have consolidated teams onto a single project management system before, and you know that the hard part is adoption rather than data transfer
- Stack Fluency: Deep working knowledge of modern issue tracking and project management systems, plus Notion for documentation and dashboards and Slack for automation and integrations

Drug discovery has a translation problem: more than 95% of drugs that succeed in animal models fail in humans. We're building the alternative: human-first drug discovery, powered by organoids and AI, running on real human biology from the very first experiment.
