About the role
Playtech Managed Services is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to help support new products related to Business Intelligence and Marketing in the iGaming industry. This role will be a key member of the Product team, supporting the advancement of new and innovative products for a strategic partner in a regulated market.
What they're looking for
- Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, including proprietary systems, databases, and real-time feeds
- Build and maintain data transformation logic and pipelines (SQL-first, dbt or equivalent preferred) to ingest, transform, and load data into the data warehouse, with testing and validation at every layer
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and internal systems to provide actionable insights for Customer Service, Risk Management, Player Engagement, and Product teams
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators and business metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to understand analytical requirements and translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Ensure all data analysis and solutions follow regulatory requirements, data governance standards, and responsible gaming principles specific to the gaming industry
