About the role
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Media Team Lead to join our rapidly expanding Media team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving user engagement, leveraging data-driven strategies and maximizing the potential of our top media sources, with a strong focus on affiliate and comparison site performance across paid social and emerging channels.
What they're looking for
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a managerial or team leadership role, showcasing exceptional organizational and motivational skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in media buying, with demonstrated experience working affiliate or comparison site traffic specifically, prior in-house experience at an affiliate business is required
- Experience working within a regulated or high-compliance vertical (e.g. gambling, sports betting, crypto) with a solid understanding of certification, whitelisting, and platform compliance requirements
- Strong working knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta, X, Snapchat, Reddit, Telegram, or similar), including compliance/certification processes for regulated verticals
- Hands-on experience with native app marketing, mobile app install (UA) campaigns, in-app event tracking, and native ad formats, not solely web/desktop campaign experience
- Working knowledge of MMPs (e.g. AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc) for mobile attribution and app performance measurement
