Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM Coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department . This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts. In this role, you'll execute global promotions across multiple brands and markets designed to engage and entertain the group’s wider customer base beyond the gameplay.
- Project Management : Use JIRA to manage global promotions projects and tasks, and maintain effective communications with all teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Execution : Oversee the end-to-end execution of the global promotions calendar.
- Player Rewards : Configure player rewards and bonuses within the campaign systems.
- Localisation : Collaborate with local copywriters to ensure full localisation of global promotions materials, transforming global mechanics into local messages.
