As our People Insights Analyst, you'll sit at the intersection of analytics, technology, behavioural science, and business strategy.
What they're looking for
- Proven experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, People Insights, HR Analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong commercial acumen and genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and create value
- Extensive experience translating stakeholder problems into scalable analytical solutions
- Demonstrated success building self-service dashboards, reporting products, or analytics tools
- Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms
- Experience working with employee engagement survey platforms such as Peakon, Qualtrics, or equivalent solutions
