- ✅ Extensive experience leading complex projects, programmes, or transformation initiatives in fast-paced environments
- ✅ Demonstrated consulting, strategy, operations, or business transformation experience
- ✅ Strong expertise in programme governance, execution planning, stakeholder engagement, and business operations
- ✅ Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders
- ✅ Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Waterfall approaches
- ✅ Experience using project management platforms such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar tools
