As the Associate of Music Supervision, you will be part of the creative heartbeat behind the sound of Peloton. Based in our NYC headquarters and reporting to the Sr. Manager of Music Supervision, North America, you will drive music programming, curation, and strategy for our world-class Instructors.

As the Associate of Music Supervision, you will be part of the creative heartbeat behind the sound of Peloton. Based in our NYC headquarters and reporting to the Sr. Manager of Music Supervision, North America, you will drive music programming, curation, and strategy for our world-class Instructors. You’ll sit at the intersection of fitness, pop culture, and the music industry - shaping signature class series, elevating playlist quality, and executing high-profile artist tie-ins that motivate millions of Members daily.

  • Creative Guidance & Talent Collaboration: Partner 1-on-1 with designated Instructors and Producers to conceptualize signature class series, elevate playlist quality standards, and curate music discovery for upcoming classes.
  • Industry Relations: Liaise with record labels and music publishers to secure rights approvals, drive promotional tie-ins, and stay ahead of music industry trends and breaking releases.
  • Cultural Strategy & Initiatives: Conceptualize and execute high-impact music programming for company-wide cultural moments (e.g., Black History Month, Women's History Month, Pride Month) and themed class series.
